Where i can get full list of restrictions in xml?

 

For sure sometging like this:

   <player class_id_restriction="88, 114"/>
</cond>

or

<cond msgId="2453">
    <player active_skill_id="40040"/>
</cond>

 

I whant to make: if u wear X item then u cant wear X item
