[HOW TO DO]GM Shop looks like normal player!

Hello, i play on 1 server, i dont give there name, iam not spammer. And they have GM shop, Buffer, all custom NPCs looks like normal players, with Enchanted weapons, Aghations, armors, Hero aura.

Anyone knows how to do it? :)
