To Connect to Good vs Evil Please Follow These Instructions:

1. Download the Lineage Interlude Client :

FilePlanet.com

GamersHell.com

mmosite.com

2. do NOT run lineage2.exe, do NOT update your client. GvE will only work with the default Interlude client for the time being. Use l2.exe in your system folder to launch l2.

3. Register an Account name & Password here at Good vs Evil.

4. Change your host file (normall located at C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts) with notepad and add the following line:

208.109.206.98 L2authd.Lineage2.com

5. Start Lineage 2 and Login with your Username / Password, Welcome to Good vs Evil.

November 8th Update: monsters, pets and freight

Monsters
• Over 250 monsters got back skills and behaviour they were missing.
• Monsters no longer get stuck on rocks while chasing you. One that can't reach you for a set time walks back home, as on retail.
• Fixed hunting spots that shared a name with another area. Each spot now keeps its own monsters.
• Raid boss escorts no longer give XP.

Pets
• A new pet starts at its proper level (wolf 15, hatchlings 35) with a full stomach, not at level 1.
• A pet comes out of its collar with the HP and MP it had when you put it away.
• A starving pet now gets 30 minutes instead of 5 before it leaves you, with a reminder every 5 minutes.

Freight
• Freight works. Send items to another character on your account from a warehouse keeper, even when that character is offline. They pick it up at the same keeper.

Closer to retail C1
• A resurrection that gives back your XP also gives back the level you lost. That was a nasty bug.

Server stability
• Junk traffic from a broken client no longer floods the server logs.

Coming next
• Line of sight checks for skills and summons.
• Monsters spread over their whole area like on retail.
• Items left on the ground survive a planned server restart.

I can attest that the seller is serious and the files are the closest match to the original L2 Pride, not another ai slop acis wannabe frankenstein server. unlike trash such as l2void/morbius or whatever else, these files actually try and be a PRIDE server

That's a pretty serious accusation from someone I don't even know.

For the record, I have official Java certifications and over 3 years of hands-on development experience. I'm not someone who simply prompts AI and delivers whatever it generates. I always test my code and take into account how new implementations might affect existing functionality, making sure nothing else gets broken. I've never received any complaints from clients about my work. If anything, it's usually been the other way around — I've spent plenty of time fixing bugs and cleaning up other developers' work myself.

Which client are you referring to? I'd genuinely like to know who supposedly hired me and what project you're talking about.
