Bad Text. Big Font, Bad Placement, Bad blending effects, BAD COLOUR.

The colour should be something dark in this case in order to be easy-to-read.

The well known difference.

 

You could use gradients to balance the colours more and make them match.

Also, you could use black gradients with a lower opacity in order to darken it a little bit and then the other gradients and/or photo philters.

For now, it's too light.

 

About the other things, I won't rate them, cuz I can't.
