Since you want comments for the background..

The bg doesn't fit with the text (you could make it fit a bit but you would need to change lots of things).

And actually.. The bg is like clouds + a smudged green brush :x

I don't see something so special...

 

Anyway, start reading some guides, or visit sites for designing.

You will learn a lot.

well i just wrote the text i didnt add any effects, about the bg i tried with my own way to make smth special , also isnt only smudged , i can upload the psd if u want
