[HELP]Rin4's buffer

well i have rin4's buffer for l2j server already 1 month and suddenly today some player's can take buffs and some cannot take or remove their buffs or take buffs from scheme by the way thoose players where they have this problem create new character and now they can take buffs but with their main character's cannot X_X any idea?
