how can i get exp , sp , adena from ncps?....one problem

i useing maxtor help but when i want earn exp the help window say that .. (i will tell an expample) go to the bandelos at gyran HE GIVES U (eg) 5k sp and 500k exp ..... I say ok...im finding bandellos im clicking on him and i press the button to earn exp and sp but nothing happens . C A N S O M E O N E H E L P M E>? :shock:
