Problem with Server's Login.

Hello guys. i have my server named L2Mecas. website: http://l2mecas.freehostia.com when the server is Online normally the login falls. goes to Down by itself. and i dont know what's the problem. the players that are online can still play but the others that are not online cant join to play. can u help me?

when u ban someone u have to restart the server, i guess.

that's not the problem it wents down and if i dont bann any1  :-\ for example we are playing now normally and the login Die... it wents offline  but we still being online and playing. the others cant join and at site + hopzone it said that server is offline
