1.Empower, only when the server:

a)Has no Cast Interrupt

b)Has static reuse times

c)Has a very low enchant rate or the Empower sa is customized

 

I remember back in Interlude I've played a server where Imperial Staff +7 Emp was better than Arcana Mace + 20 Acu...

 

2.Acumen in all other servers. (99%)

Acumen + overenchant....... there are emp augments, acumen nop.... there are enchant to increase m atk.... enchants dont increase cast speed....

Depends from class if i'm sh i prefer empower,if sps i prefer acumen,i tell you depends from class,

lol why on sh you preffer empower and sps acumen?sps have more cast speed than sh...and lower m atack than sh...:|
