about visas i don't think that you need to have a credit you go to a mini market and you buy a paysfaecard with 10 euros and you pay the account with this

 

about the hacks well, rapidshare fixed and this prob when the company looks that any account is used from different ips then changes the pass and sends it to you via e-mail and the e-mail is the registered e-mail
