Hello there.It's the 2nd time i'm posting here to ask for your help and i hope that you kindly would give it to me!

Let's get on the issue of the topic!

As the most of you know i am starting a project and i will need e-money for that.My problem is that I don't have any paypal account and a friend on mine that has,has no credits on it!

So can you show me off some ways to transfer money from a pay safe card to paypal money?

Any help will be appreciated!

P.S.:I know that it has been posted but I didn't find my answer on fdLP's topic :(!
