i tryed it also with enchanting weapons , and i get more +++ if i am moving like crazy ... but dunno there is not logical explanation but  that is my way of enchant

it worked for me.gracia final l2off, somehow increases the chance to add atribute :/ (tested without moving and running)

Lol im not gunna lie i just tried it, and well it definetly increased my chances, i succeeded liek 8 times in a row, BUT then agian it cud be pure luck.
