I've seen forum has various member ranks, here's the list with these ranks. Administrator, Global Moderator, L2 Moderator, Cs Moderator, WoW Moderator, Uploader, Gold Member, L2J Developer, L2OFF Developer, Platinum Member, Donator Member. So, I'm asking from Maxtor to add a new rank, a rank named Reporters. People into this rank, will have no flood protector, so they can post non-stop on the Reports section and report people. Also, every rank has some gay moving stars, here's the difference! This rank, in the owner of the flunkies on WW2, will have this icon: So, that's how an account of a reporter would look like: Discuss, thanks.

Ban Hammer till now had 100% Chance to land the debuff of Ban to the target. Now, with reporters group, the skill should change, like this Ban Hammer Lv 1337 MP Usage 0 Debuffs the target with the effects of Ban with 100% chance. Exclusive admin skill. Also, there's a chance for Reporters to get Admin to assist their targets.
