Why you have to made? You can search into google about ready GMshops, and if you need new gm shop , with Items alredy enchanted. Go made new topic, with request, then i will try to help you.

List them in multisell and then creat a npc with html that links to the mutisell id

Ex:

Multisell:

MultiSell_begin	[blabla]	[b]615		[/b]								
is_dutyfree = 1

isnt working, you can make a multiseller with enchanted jewls etc. but the enchant wont stay till next restart
