I'm 99% sure the text and lighting effect is made with After Effects.

cause i had a virus attack i lost all my effects

i dont know how to use AE

but

the lighting effect made on PS background too

i use custom effect for the dust with smoke effects and ripple

and for the text just pure default tools from PS

I don't like much the signature ( Too Much Blue = Bad Idea ) but the effect Rocks.
