Well, for me its the opposite tbh. (RS : 500~, l2italy: 600+)

Idk, my dsl line + provider suck hard , but anyway.

download speed depends from youre location (in what place do you live). i Live in Latvia and from his ftw with my sucking net i get 600 download speed, but from RS i get only 100kb/s bigger down speed
