GTA II was kinda buggy. When I jumped and start to spam grenade my char would just stay at the same heigh he was when he jumped.

Yeah the mods were kinda cool. Dual wielding chainsaw, minigun, m16 :D. And formula one car with changed speeds. Holy shit the f1 car went fast.

TBH Vice City, me and friends where kids and used to take turns after somebody dies, and we where like : woah ! machine gunning people on streets, exploding cars, wrenching a guy to the face, awesome ! :D
