help with olympiad start

good afternoon i have a problem with olympiad..players participate normaly but the games dont start.. and then its close without any game happen..its the first time oly starts in server and i need your immidiate help. i am showing you the adjustions of the oly in my server down here.! plesae anyone who knows what is wrong and can assist me POST
