After fossilization use bsoe/soe. Then you can move it using teleports (or olympaid stadium teleport if it is for olympaid)

This is common bug since this foss makes you invulnerable tho. Its great for oly cuz on some servers it lasts for 5-10 minutes, enough to make your necro unbeatable.
