Hey! I've been working on a project for some time and I am here to announce a new C1 server... while Reborn is starting... I know I know, that's truly the move of a marketing genius. The problem is I couldn't finish working on files earlier so my plan now is "join my server and not Reborn, if you have to go to work tomorrow morning." So here it is anyway. Anyone who loved old L2 but can't do x1 anymore and doesn't want x1000 either. Rates, but short version - EXP / SP x7 - Adena x5, drop and spoil chance x5 - Crafting materials drop in x2-x4 stacks. - Quest rewards x3, enchant and craft retail - 1st/2nd class change can be bought for adena if you don't have time for the quests (the quests works tho) - Weekly sieges, offline shops, auto shots, shift+click any mob to see its drop list with chances What's the difference from other severs? This isn't another L2J/aCis fork with a new logo. We wrote the server ourselves in C#. It took a long time, started way before AI revolution happened and it's probably why we're quite late to the party now... I am trying to keep patch notes but getting lazy to keep it up. Also I am working on improving the older client too. We are not going to have those fancy fancy H5+ clients with all the modern features, its going to be that old and gold crappy C1 client with couple of fixes that allows us to play this 2003 game in 2026. Honestly, it won't be the huge overhaul that the big projects like Lu4 or Reborn have. We're a small team of 2 people, so we can ship it a little at a time. When? ETA is December. Closed test is running now by me. Open test and the exact date will be announced on Discord so please join it. Aiming for end of November. Where do I go from there? Ideally, I would like to go C1 > C3/C4 > Interlude > Gracia Final path but not sure if we will be able to keep up with tempo so for now C1 to C4 within next couple months, later we will see. Maybe new server will be opened and Sun will remain as the one where we merge all the other servers. DEVELOPMENT UPDATE #3 PLAYER SHOPS AND OFFLINE TRADING Vaelor keeps trading in the hands of players while providing tools that make private stores easier to find and maintain. Search active player stores through Alt+B. Search by item name and view the available quantities and prices. Use Locate to mark the selected store on the map. Open a private store and continue selling while the game client is closed. Offline shops can remain active for up to 48 hours. A maximum of one offline shop can be active per device.
