that guy used an exploit but i dont know how , can someone explain ? :D

i added him in Friend and it wasn't fake... so how did he do ?

Is the server private? If yes , probably he donated and the GM made him 80. You can also get levels fast if your account gets hacked, and you proove to blizzard that indeed the old account was yours, so they give you your levels back.

If it isnt official, Also it can be a bugged quest or a  bugged mob...

Why  not blackmail the exploiter and tell "if you don't tell me how to do it I report". ^^

i am playing official and i saw one guy

saying ding, and in 7 sec's he reached from lvl 20

to lvl 27 maybe it's a trick with the "recruit a friend" mode.
