We can't send PM's or..?

I tried to send a pm to a guy ,but i got the following error :

But i didn't post a shit before pming him?

I tried to another guy after 5-6 mins ,same story...

Why this is hapenning?

its a forum option.

 

when you login or you have posted in less than 60 seconds you cant send pm or reply on a topic and u have to w8 at least one minute

 

obviously you didnt...

that thing happens to me when i double click in a reply.

it is an antispam option. so its NOT a problem
