HI. i play CS 1.6 non steam and i cant see servers :(. Problem connect master server :(. sugestions ??? maybe old protocol version (i think so i have 47). Help me please. Thx

Well this used to happen to me too.I think that it was the version i had.Try to download a newer version or something.
