celetial shield is good but only for some second.Healer+nucker augment are best

at IL don't work any chance augment skill! at gracias i don't know if they work!

IF you play gracia and you're a bishop I would prefer solar flare, couse it's light attribute and bishop has light buffs+you can add light attribute on you weapon. On older clients I think they're the same :D stone casts fasters.

BTW I prefer hurricane lv 10 :DD
