how to put items in your pet's inventory?

it's a bit newbish question, but i can't do this, it says: Your pet cannot use this... how you put items in it's inventory?

wolf`s usualy dont carry any kind of item

Try to put some materials in his inventory and lvl him like that

As far as i know it only fenrir,stryder carry Items,Armors and all sort

i found out that that bug doesn't work in that server.. i can put non-augmented guns in wolf, but augmented - i can't.
