i SUmmon the mammon but i can Seal or Unseal only at Seven Signs period how i can change this?so i can summon the mammon and i can seal or unseal all the time?

It's core side, and i don't believe you can change it easily... It needs you to by pass the whole event :P Just create a new NPC and give him the .xml files of mammon and you will be ok ^^
