At the website it writes:

"Server Status: Authorized Personnel Only" Personnel is dutch word i believe so far.Personal is the english you can change it cause its confusing.

The GM applications for 16 years over persons is some kind of a discrimination i mean i know alot of guys that are like 15 and are really good,you should remove the age limit and choose them when they apply.
