Don't Open Topics/ Stick them and don't evne open the again!

Ok so ps section is full of stickies for sig requests that the authors rarely even look at up not to mention working on the update of them. Don't open and ask for a mod to stick a sig request topic if you don't really like doing sigs or you get bored of the first load.

I think that you should not de-sticky Seeya's and Blane's topic just 'coz they are trying to make a new theme for our forum...I am sure that they will open the tread again once the new theme is ready!!!
