at mage i prefer: wm lvl 10 acrive and mb lvl passive or active

at fighter: might active or passive on archers, dodge passive on daggers

Might or focus are good skills from agu but for oly imo the best is barrier

might passive in a high rate server for fighter and for mage WM passive or empo again passive...

all of them of course lvl 10 :P

Might passive of course! if you can stuck them on interlude you are lucky make everything you can xD

must be two handed weapon such as bow.

With reference to the fact that archer needs p.attack, I suggest you Duel Might or Might. However, you can also use Magic Barrier or Shield.
