what I mean is that a patched system have the gameguard killed?

Even if in a patched system I change l2.ini I have to disable gameguard too?

system patched is you can modify .dat files of system folder ofc so when you have updated original system folder can't open nothingwith L2FILEDIT so the point about you say gameguard is not the same you can run client without cracked GG
