Add some script command about party and skill

 

script command :

IsMember, !IsMember ,RequestJoinParty

RequestOutParty,QuitParty,

MemberBuffs(character name, status name[id=XXX]) ,

!MemberBuffs(character name, status name[id=XXX])

 

this command check Self

CharBuffs(status name[id=XXX]), !CharBuffs(status name[id=XXX])
