According to unofficial information, the final version of Windows 7 will be distributed among partners of Microsoft as of Friday July 10.

 

The development of Windows 7 finally concludes on July 10, when the new operating system from Microsoft will be distributed through TechNet, MSDN and other Microsoft partners.

 

 

The information has been disseminated by the well site Neowin.net, which quotes an anonymous source inside Microsoft.

 

The date of the GA (general availability or availability) is October 22.

 

On July 13, Microsoft began its Global Partner Conference (Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference) in New Orleans, USA, where one of the main themes of the agenda is Windows 7.

holy sheit that's great new ;D i hope it is true too

 

and 7 are better than xp yes they dont consume as much ram as vista and i dont wanna hear sheits that nothing works there i have tested , nfs carbon,la2 , c&c , crossfire , working

 

 

i hope to get on warez sites soon xD

it's exactly like vista with a bit of changes and yes better/faster than vista

i am waiting them so many days!

one question what about RAM? i mean

with windows 7 you will have lower ram or

what?

with the 7 Microsoft trying to fix all the faults that made in the past with windows vista(ofc the ram usage is greatly decreased)!that's why they decide to upgrade vista -> 7 for free!

I have tested them they are better than vista but kinda slower than xp , although significantly faster than vista.

Anyway good themes , skins and stuff but high speeds in cpu (not always) :/
