i dont think this is a bug, its just that l2 programers where to lazy to check for a character does not recomend the same person in one does twice

Tried on l2core-->doesn't work. It worked there before 2 months but now it is fixed.

it's not a bug it's something like trick, it sucks and u need more than 1 hour cause 1 char can do 7-9 recs and u must do 255 ...
