Change Name Color [PvP]

Hi i reading here because i have an idea to my own server but i dont know how to do :S and this is i why posts here

....ok my server is pvp and i want for example when i have some pvps this change name color example:

 

100pvps: Name Color Blue

300pvps: Name Color Green

700pvps: Name Color Purple

1000pvps:Name Color Black

 

ok and this i want to know this and then are a NPC that he sell you things refered that what color you have for example if you have the name in color blue sell somethings like special or other things and if you have Purple

they sell best things or they can be free
