pff u dnt need to post that it works... yeah it work to all PCs BUT U MUST TOUCH ANYTHING best explanation by MrMG:

first of all u mustnt touch anything in regedit... and as Faron says some programms doesnt load so maybe u will become infected to any virus or anything else..

haha i dnt need to try.. it LOGIC and i had try it when i was young and my PC broke down...

Now there find the Key Called "Startup Delay" -----> Double Click On It

 

 

at vista inside contentindex does exist key with name start up delay,its only for xp at it seems

 

well i know and other way to start your pc faster :start>run>type msconfig,then between servise and tools is an option start up with programms that already are clik,well unclik all the useless like nero,acrobat reader,messeger,utorrent etc or any other programs that no need to start the pc ,at starting windows now will load less things

well, you can save your files with a backup so you

dont have problem to do one format.. i tried it
