You are lucky that I saw that somewhere before one month, and I saved it in txt. =D

1. Open Registry Editor. (Run >> type 'regedit')

2. In Registry Editor, navigate to the following registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Desktop\NameSpace

3. Find the following key:

{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}

Delete it.

P.S : It worked for me just fine in Windows XP.
