[HELP]Server AutoRestart Every 2 Hours (etc)

Hello guys!!!

 

Ok..i have a problem...sometimes my server lags...So..i want a program..or an edit files (example : startgameserver.dat)

 

TO restart every 2 Hours

 

Can i do that?

 

So..i want something..that will make my server autorestarting every 2 hours...

 

ANy ideas? :P
