I do that, but I still can't. The ports are open. Which ports do I need to open? And specifically in which .ini file should I add the external IP because I can't find a line where I should put it. -

Hi Everyone I am from Cuprus and i am thinking of hosting my server in a dedicated company.
Anyone can give me a good company site that is cheap, good with low ping and i can buy with paypal?
