Just changed your Internal Hostname. Anyway I will tell you 2 things.

First do not share again your IP in public, there are many 'crackers' that will try to flood it.

And the second one, as josoo said , there's no reason to give karma @ the help desk.

Try running your server with the props. I show you above and print the error here (if you get one).

I noticed that you have put a password in your DB, so there might be a misconfiguration there.

local = 192.168.2.1 or 127.0.0.1 for you..then its local..
