My Clan+Ally crest

This is my new crest and i just want to know what u guys think about it to know if i will change it or not (: ...the crest was made by me no c/p and a lil bit modified from other places...Waiting ur responses

PS:The clan name is Yakuza and the ally name is "TRIADS"

Nopz i am not playing Teon ... :-\ the triads and yakuza are some mafia organization from what i know :D (i saw a japan movie and from there i took the names)
