help with navigat..

i have a serious problem..i created a localhost there to add my server but somehow i cant connect..it says that i cannot connect to mysql server on localhost (10061) ....i try to delete localhost and make it again but still cant connect..i tried remove navicat and again but the same..what the fack did i do??can anyone help me?

i searched a little bit and now yeah it asks me for password...lol..i dont ever add a password in navicat or mysql....i eleteed all programs from my pc..navicat and mysql...i installed mysql BUT i saw a problem...in the way to finish the installation it doesnt ask me for password and login..it autoomatic skips this path.. ;o ....wtf?how can i completely delete mysql and start all this from the beggining?

well i am really stupid..really really..sorry guys..i found the problem..i reconfigured mysql and i added a password and now i am ok..sorry for being so stupid :(

      i guess loading only the effects that are needed it will maybe work, like removing from reshade shader folder the ones that are not needed, depends on the pc also i guess, also limithing the game at 30fps can be better maybe
