I have cloacks too in my pack but I wear 'em and nothing happens...I can't see the cloacks!!!!

well i use l2j pack and i have the same error but i fix this now :) later i say what need do i need verify this first

On interlude these weapons had electric effect, but don't seem to work on this share.

Am I doing something wrong? o these don't have that effect?
