Wrong, just check the servers from hopzone you will see in almost all you can run phx.

Kinda stupid thread, servers without phx protections are retarded and nub servers and wud get protection after u make +65k weapons.... But if u must know L2royal knights didnt have protection against it at all, but that was before i flamed off the admin and its probably fixed by now, but u can give it a try...
