Problem Whit L2NPC.EXE And L2SERVER.EXE

Your have the wrong IP set to connect to the NPC server. If you are running all this on a single PC I would suggest using 127.0.0.1 on your IPs except for the WAN IP needed to connect.

 

As for the Siege Times there is something wrong in the database (probably missing fields).

I use 10.0.0.83 is my wan IP Is good this?

Or I need Use  127.0.0.1?

 

And The siege times how to fix it ?

hmm did you change your settings in MSSQL? lin2db > dbo.server
