Where you extract your Hlapex ? You must extract it in your l2 system folder...Just see this Video ;D I explain Things better With Videos than with Words :P

first of all..HLAPEX is dead, the only packet software that partially works on some servers, is l2phx, u can find it searching on forum, and it doesnt matter in what folder u have the software.
