[Share] NPC Editor/Creator

I made a software to insert easier custom npcs. It's easier because you can make one and then edit only values you want (name, health, pdef, etc) then press insert. You can also view other existing npcs. Optionally you can also add more languages by editing languages.txt.

Tested the tool it seems nice but I've noticed a little thing... Hes sending a query at the time you connect to your database I want to know what it is

Checked with dissasembler and I didn't found anything strange in that...
