depends of server... in my server getting pow u dont get more magic critical.. but if u get magus u do many magic... i dont know, but there is edited... but in all... pow is better.

magnus ups your m.attack and pow ups the cast.speed so it depends on server which one you will choose

Chant of magnus is better then POW because it gives M atack and M,crit rate :)

elven mage +4dex +dc robe +talisman +ww +zerk and maybe songs and it wil run realy fast

so if im vs a party i can run and kill faster classes like daggers and then tank classes XD

 

i think magnus is usefull to lvl up because: +no speed decreases  +50% MP Regen Rate  -20% less MP consumption of magical skills

 

so i love magnus chant :P

 

pd: can u get buffed with clarity and magnus both ?

It depends on the chronicle. But before gracia final - pow for pve, magnus for pvp

it always depends on your pvp tactics(or farming style if u are farming)

for kitting 1v1 magnus is better since the chance to get root or equal shiat is low, but in mass pvp or farm pow is better since its up to your hp\p.def and not to your m.s.
