Ive had this same problem since day one on my server as well. There really isnt any screen shot to post because theres no errors or anything. In the game console it just randomly  says:

WARNING Unevenly distributed Hash Code - Degraded Performance

Doesnt seem to be triggerd by anything and happends at random. Also doesnt crash the server or to my knowledge lag the server as it posts this warning.

My build is L2Jfree Rev:1.1.5

Quad Core cpu w/ 4gigs of RAM/win7

Guess i can show a SS, this was one i took along time ago when i asked about this on another forum and no one had a clue. Ive updated my comp hardware since this pic.

My advice:

- Search the core for such a log _log.warn("Unevenly distributed Hash Code - Degraded Performance"); and show me what are the conditions for it to show (I don't use L2j).

Then I'll tell you whats wrong.

It happends when you modify the XML files.I have it too , its not a big deal ,just ignore it.

Ok Thank You.

Yea like i said i never noticed any in game lag or "Degraded Performance". But like any gamer we hate that phrase which is why i was curious.
