[Help] quiver stacking

hi all , i've searched in google , and in so many sites , and my friend told me that maxcheaters is the best for that things ,  but i searched here and didn't find anything too :( so pls help me

but it dont explain anything :( , quiver stacking need WPE , but i dont know how to use it at all :( can someone help me with a guide or something pls guys
