does anyone knows where is the trader that sells S grade on Heroes? i have searched a lot but i cant found it :/

i think isnt exploit xD and i was play on gve .....some times make a event and some guys teleport from a gk to this trader.....but i think u cant find it....

It was posted in the exploit section, and as far as im concerned knowing where the NPC isnt an exploit/bug/hack or anything so.

sess what about the accounts? acc limit has reached 15000 and cant make accounts :( can u open it? and if u cant can u talk to the admin?
